I was visiting Nelson BC as part of the Trouble in the Headwaters Tour that was hosted by the West Kootenay Watershed Collaborative.
I got to meet Joe Karthein of Save What’s Left and he very kindly gave me a place to stay overnight in his Tall Trees BnB. He also took me to near Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park. We say 6 Clearcuts and the wonderful Kokanee Creek Old Growth Trail!!
Altogether, a great day out!
